Our systems are built to process your visual media without claiming ownership, collecting biometric records, or sharing your unprocessed camera feeds with external third parties.
1. Definitions
In this Privacy Policy, references to "Wildsoj EDPK", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Wildsoj EDPK, the legal entity responsible for the Swildel software application. References to "you", "your", or "user" refer to the individual real estate professional, property photographer, or hobbyist accessing our software. References to "Media" refer to the individual wide-angle photos, corner captures, panoramas, and tours you process inside our cloud platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of data to provide, optimize, and bill for our smartphone 360-stitching services:
- Account Information: When you register or sign in, we collect your name, email address, profile picture URL, and payment details if you subscribe to a paid tier. This includes authentication metadata passed securely through Google OAuth if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Smartphone Camera and Image Files: To generate 360 panoramas, you upload four separate corner photos. We collect these high-resolution JPEG files along with metadata embedded inside them, such as file size, image dimensions, and camera exposure times.
- Device and Orientation Data: Our browser-based capture tool requests access to your smartphone's gyroscope and orientation sensors. We use this spatial metadata exclusively to assist you during capture by showing real-time reticles. This sensor data remains local to your device and is not saved on our cloud servers.
- Technical Usage Logs: We record standard server logging data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system version, page loading speeds, and general platform interaction timestamps.
3. How We Process and Stitch Your Images
Our cloud platform features an automated pipeline built to construct equirectangular panoramas. This image processing follows strict privacy guardrails:
- Immediate Stitching: The four individual photos you capture are combined in our cloud workspace. Once the final panorama is compiled, the original source photos are moved to temporary storage and permanently erased within seven business days.
- No Model Training: Your private property photos, stitched panoramas, and room tours are never used to train computer vision models or spatial generation engines without your explicit, written opt-in permission.
- Strict Access Controls: Employees of Wildsoj EDPK cannot view your property panoramas unless you explicitly share them using a public URL, request manual technical support for a failed stitch, or invite collaborators to your workspace.
4. How We Use the Collected Data
We utilize the data we collect for the following specific purposes:
- To stitch and compile your separate photos into immersive 4K panoramas.
- To let you build, save, and edit property groups, room names, and doorway links.
- To host, serve, and deliver public unbranded links and iframe embeds for your MLS listings.
- To process recurring subscription payments and compute monthly credit balances.
- To respond to support tickets, debug system errors, and monitor hosting performance.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your account metadata or visual property files. To deliver our services, we share data with trusted infrastructure providers who are bound by strict contract terms to protect your privacy:
- Cloud Storage and CDN: We use secure cloud servers and content delivery networks located in the United States and Europe to store account records, render stitch operations, and serve public 360 viewer assets.
- Payment Processors: All billing, invoicing, and subscription payments are handled through PCI-compliant third-party card processors. We do not store your complete credit card numbers on our servers.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose user data if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or binding government inquiry, provided we receive proper notification under applicable laws.
6. Your Rights and Controls
No matter your geographic location, we believe you should have complete control over your data. We provide the following native privacy tools:
- Right to Export: You can download your stitched high-resolution 4K equirectangular panoramas as flat files directly to your local drive at any point, with no proprietary formatting restrictions.
- Right to Delete: When you delete a panorama, room, or complete property workspace inside your Swildel account, it is immediately removed from our active database and permanently wiped from our backup mirrors within thirty days.
- GDPR and CCPA Rights: Users residing in the European Economic Area or California have the explicit right to request access to their personal data, correct inaccuracies, restrict processing, and request a structured copy of their profile records. 7. Data Retention
We retain your profile data and active property groups for as long as your account remains open. If you choose to close your account, we will delete your metadata, purchase records, and hosted panoramas from our production servers within thirty days. Standard technical log entries are kept for ninety days to monitor security threats and are then automatically aggregated and anonymized.
8. Security Measures
All communication between your smartphone and our cloud stitching engine is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. Stored visual assets are isolated behind secure access control lists to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data requests. While we use robust technical and administrative procedures to secure our systems, no internet transmission method is completely invulnerable to attack, and we cannot guarantee absolute database security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our software, server architecture, or international legal mandates.
