Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, subscription cancellations, billing errors, and credit corrections are handled for Swildel, a service owned and operated by Wildsoj EDPK. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. General Refund Rule

Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law, payments made for Swildel subscriptions, including monthly subscriptions and annual subscriptions paid upfront, are non-refundable. This includes charges for billing periods that have begun and unused credits remaining in an active billing period.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

  • You will retain access to the features included in your paid plan until the current billing period ends.
  • Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of a monthly or annual billing period.
  • Unused monthly credits do not convert to cash and are not refundable.

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same transaction, or charged after a cancellation should have taken effect, contact us at hello@swildel.com. We will review the transaction and correct any billing error we confirm. A refund will be issued where required by law or where we determine that an incorrect charge occurred.

4. Stitching Credits and Service Issues

One Swildel credit is intended to be consumed only when our cloud stitching service successfully returns a completed panorama. If a technical error prevents successful completion but a credit is deducted, contact us so we can review the processing record and correct the credit balance where appropriate.

A stitching result that contains distortion, seams, lighting differences, or other quality limitations does not automatically qualify for a cash refund. Swildel results depend on the source photographs, room geometry, lighting, camera lens, and other capture conditions.

5. Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those statutory rights will apply.

6. How to Request a Review

To request review of a charge or credit deduction, email hello@swildel.com and include:

  • The email address associated with your Swildel account.
  • The transaction date and amount.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
  • Any relevant invoice, receipt, or processing details.

We may request additional information needed to locate and verify the transaction. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible, and processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to our services, billing practices, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
